Hiking, bike-riding, horseback riding and canoeing are undoubtedly the best means to discover our natural heritage.
A hiking guide is available in each one of the three Tourist Information Centres (Penvénan, Plougrescant and Tréguier) for the price of 2€.
Le "Sentier des Douaniers" (ou GR®34)
Hiking on GR34 between Tréguier and Port-Blanc is pure visual delight.This path used to be used by border guards to protect boats from smugglers and looters.
On foot
Maps are available in the Tourist Information Centres for you to discover the beautiful landscapes the region offers the hikers.
The local hiking associations also organize hiking group throughout the year.
By bicycle
You can rent a bicycle or use yours to enjoy the beautiful rides (30 or 60 km long) the region offers you.
Group bicycle rides are also organized in July and August from Plouguiel.

On horseback
An appropriate marking all along the paths will make your equestrian hikes easier. Go and check the several different rides and activities supervised by professionals in the Tourist Information Centre.
